A Supplementary Advice form has to be submitted by Bowling Clubs to WP Bowls for the registration of any new member – including full and dual members.

If a member resigns from a Bowling Club for any reason, this form must be submitted to WP Bowls.
WP Bowls – Guest Affiliation Form (Word format)
Any non-member who bowls on your greens should have their details recorded on this form, and be added to the BSA database.
WP Bowls – New member from non-affiliated club (Word format)
If a new member joins your club from a non-affiliated bowling club, this form must be submitted to WP Bowls if they wish to participate in any Novice competition.
