During the month of October, we reunited Eros Primary School and Wheatfield Bowling Club. Connecting with this determined, inspirational, and spirited group of pupils was heartwarming after the long wait to get them back on the green post-Covid.
The Envar Buys tournament was hosted by WP Bowls this year – and had 7 U18 and 6 U15 teams!
The Junior Nationals are on from Monday 3 April to Thursday 6 April, and WP Bowls has a full complement of teams on the greens. The Junior Nationals take place in Bloemfontein from 3 to 6 April 2023.
Well done to our dedicated team of Basin coaches for hosting our first Basin juniors development squad. Fantastic participation for the first event! The goal is to create more competitions and opportunities for all our juniors. The next event is happening on the 18th of March. Thank you to Strand Bowling Club for having us.
